Terms & Condition

Service

  1. Global Art Creative (Thailand) Co., Ltd. provides a monthly subscription service for the delivery of materials and instructions needed to create a fun and creative craft (a “Craft Kit”).
  2. To subscribe, you must create a user account.
  3. During the subscription, when you click the ‘checkout’ button, you have agreed to the set terms & conditions.
  1. Shipping and handling charges are included with your order.
  2. All paid subscription fees are non-refundable/transferable/exchangeable.
  3. Your subscription will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you.
  4. Your subscription will be renewed on the 11th of every month or after *term (*3, 6, 12 prepay package).
  5. You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us 10 days before the renewal date (11th of every month).
  6. After cancellation no refund will be given, and any remaining subscribed “Craft Kit” will be sent to you on monthly basis.
  7. When making payment via credit card, and the payment processors will ensure that your payment data is handled securely at every step.

Delivery/Replacement

  1. Upon successful payment, we will send out the “Craft Kit” on the 1st of every month.
  2. If you find part of your “Craft Kit” is missing/damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.The Company (Artime Thailand) will, either replace the missing/damaged parts of the ‘Craft Kit’ or send you a whole new “Craft Kit”.

Safety

  1. The “Craft Kit” may contain small parts which may be choking hazards to young children.

Data Privacy

  1. All personal data provided in this website will be kept confidential.
  2. We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals.

Intellectual Property

  1. Global Art Creative (Thailand) Co., Ltd.is the exclusive owner of all designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, and other content on the Website and the “Craft Kit”.

Refund Policy

  1. Purchase/payments made is NON-REFUNDABLE, however any report of missing/damage parts will be assessed by the merchant, and any forms of negotiation and possible replacement will be at the sole discretion of the merchant.
  2. Any claims of missing/damage items must be made within 5-7 days upon the receipt of the item.
  3. If the original item is to be replaced, and is out of stock, the merchant reserves the right to replace the item with the equivalent or similar item.
  4. Replacement may be delivered to customer within 5-7 days (Working days only).
  5. Replacement is not exchangeable to cash.
  6. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the merchant, however in the event of special circumstances, this may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the merchant.
